Mobile Notary Services
Stevenson Mobile Notary provides convenient mobile notarial services at locations throughout the Pearland area and surrounding communities.
Appointments may be available at private residences, senior living communities, assisted living facilities, healthcare and rehabilitation facilities, hospitals where permitted by facility policy, offices and businesses, and other mutually agreed locations.
Evening and weekend appointments may be available based on scheduling and travel availability.
A notary’s role is limited to performing authorized notarial acts. Stevenson Mobile Notary does not provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, select legal documents or notarial certificates for customers, or represent clients in legal matters.
Fees & Payment
Notarial fees are charged according to applicable Texas law. Additional charges for mobile travel or other permitted services, if applicable, will be disclosed before an appointment is confirmed.
Payment is accepted by credit or debit card through our secure online payment system. Payment instructions will be provided when your appointment is confirmed.
For safety and convenience, we do not accept cash payments.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Because mobile appointments require travel and scheduling, please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If you need to change your appointment, contact Stevenson Mobile Notary as soon as possible.
Any applicable cancellation, travel, or appointment charges will be disclosed before the appointment is confirmed.
Refunds & Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a concern regarding a payment, please contact Stevenson Mobile Notary directly at notary@stevensonmobile.com.
We will review the concern and respond as promptly as reasonably possible.
For notarization fees, any refund or adjustment will be handled consistent with applicable Texas law.
